KMD2488 Along the Canal (China, Suzhou, water, canal)

I am finally getting back to my small daily paintings. This scene is from a photo taken last fall while in China, in the village of Suzhou. This is called the "Venice of the east" with its narrow streets, waterways and small bridges. We spent several hours there photographing life in the village as the day began. It was a privilege to see this amazing village and its people.
