It has been very busy at the studio with our hosting 2 different fundraisers: The Painted Violin for the Denver Young Artists Orchestra and the Art of Nursing Benefit for the U of Colo College of Nursing. That is my excuse for not posting my small daily paintings as regularly and I also have been working larger paintings as posted here. This is an abstracted landscape done entirely with a large palette knife. It was very freeing to paint this without a brush!
