I am working from another picture that I took several years ago and have had on my list of what I want to paint since then. When I photographed this fellow, he appeared so curious with his head cocked to the side and made me think he had a great sense of humor as well. It is so joyous to paint animals and birds as they add so much to our lives and the world in general.
